Pakistani Gunmen Attack Sri Lankan Cricket Team

.........3rd march,2009........

In an ambush reminiscent of the recent terror attack in Mumbai, India, a group of highly-trained gunmen opened fire on the visiting Sri lankan cricket team as they drove to Gadaffi stadium in Lahore pakistan. About a dozen attackers fired rockets, grenades, and bullets at the team's bus and the police escorting it, killing five policemen, two bystanders, and a bus driver. Among the wounded are six members of the Sri Lankan cricket team. The sophistication of the operation as well as its similarity to the Mumbai siege raises many questions about who was behind Tuesday’s attack.


in reply to the attack pakistan govt said that there is involvement of INDIA to ruin pakistan.......

bt i think if these attack will help to declare pakistan a terrorist country then INDIA should plan some more attacks..............
